Live image use policy

Of course anyone can link to our website at http://www.SanFranciscoPeaks.org. For those of you interested in showing our live image on your web page (hotlinking) please read the policy below.

Commercial Sites (e.g. sites that sell products, services or advertisements - including AdSense) need to contact us prior to use of the image on their sites to make arrangements. Many options are available starting at $10.00 per month. Substantial donations to Flagstaff Shelter Services or Flagstaff Family Food Center may also qualify you for use. Contact admin@SanFranciscoPeaks.org for information.

Non-commercial sites may use the live image if you agree to all of the following.

  1. The images are copyright www.SanFranciscoPeaks.org and permission for use on your web page does not constitute ownership of the image.
  2. All use will link back to this site using the following HTML code snipit

  4. Use on password protected or other non-public pages without advance approval is forbidden.
  5. Send an email to use@SanFranciscoPeaks.org with the URL of the web page you are using the image on. Your email address allows me to contact you in the event the file name or location changes.
  6. Sites hotlinking to our live image that we feel may confuse our brand (similar domain names, etc) may be denied. It is best to ask first if in doubt.
  7. This use policy may change. Increased costs for added bandwidth from use would be one reason.
